1. Who we are

Colabio (operated by Webverse Arena) is a brand-creator marketplace for India. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our websites, brand dashboard and mobile apps, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

For any privacy question or request you can reach us at privacy@colabio.in.

2. Data we collect

Account data: name, email, phone number, company name and, for creators, social handles and profile details you provide.

KYC and payout data: for verified brands and creators we collect identity and bank/UPI details needed to run escrow payouts via our payment partner (Razorpay). Sensitive financial details are processed by Razorpay and are not stored in plaintext by Colabio.

Usage data: campaigns you create or apply to, deliverables, messages exchanged on the platform, and basic device/log information used to keep the service secure.

3. How we use your data

To operate the marketplace — matching brands with creators, running campaigns, releasing escrowed payments and producing analytics.

To keep the platform safe — fraud, abuse and risk checks, and enforcing our terms.

To communicate with you about your account, campaigns and important service updates. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Sharing

We share data with processors that help us run Colabio (cloud hosting, payments, email and analytics), strictly under contract and only for the purposes above.

Brand and creator profile information necessary to a collaboration is shared between the two parties to that collaboration.

We may disclose data where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

5. Retention & your rights

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account it enters a grace period and is then purged, subject to legal retention obligations.

You can access, correct or delete your data from your account settings, or by emailing privacy@colabio.in.

6. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
