Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Colabio, operated by Webverse Arena. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Colabio.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Brands register through the web dashboard; creators register through the Colabio mobile app. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be of legal age and authorised to enter contracts on behalf of any brand you represent.

Brands publish campaigns describing the offer, deliverables and deadlines. Creators apply or accept invitations. A collaboration forms once a brand accepts a creator.

Both parties agree to act in good faith — creators deliver the agreed content on time; brands review fairly and provide the agreed product or service for approved deliverables.

Colabio currently supports barter collaborations only. Brands provide the product or service described in the campaign brief, and creators provide the agreed content in exchange. Colabio does not process payments, hold funds in escrow, or charge a platform fee on collaborations at this time.

Any value stated on a campaign describes the product or service being offered, not a cash payment. Delivery of that product or service is the brand’s responsibility. Disputes are handled per our published dispute process. Taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

You may not use Colabio for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or harmful activity, post deceptive metrics, or take collaborations sourced here off-platform to avoid these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or pose a risk to the marketplace.

Creators retain ownership of content they create, granting brands the licence agreed in each campaign. The Colabio platform, brand and software remain our property.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Colabio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-product or by email.
