Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Colabio, operated by Webverse Arena. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Colabio.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Brands register through the web dashboard; creators register through the Colabio mobile app. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be of legal age and authorised to enter contracts on behalf of any brand you represent.

Brands publish campaigns describing the offer, deliverables and deadlines. Creators apply or accept invitations. A collaboration forms once a brand accepts a creator.

Both parties agree to act in good faith — creators deliver the agreed content on time; brands review fairly and release payment for approved deliverables.

For paid campaigns, brand funds are held in escrow via our payment partner (Razorpay) and released to creators when deliverables are approved. Colabio charges a platform fee disclosed at checkout and on your plan.

Refunds, disputes and chargebacks are handled per our published dispute process. Taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

You may not use Colabio for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or harmful activity, post deceptive metrics, or attempt to circumvent escrow or fees by transacting off-platform for collaborations sourced here.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or pose a risk to the marketplace.

Creators retain ownership of content they create, granting brands the licence agreed in each campaign. The Colabio platform, brand and software remain our property.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Colabio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-product or by email.
