Our story
We built the referee India's brand-creator economy never had.
Colabio started as a frustration. Every brand manager we knew spent half their week chasing creators on WhatsApp; every creator we knew spent half theirs chasing brands for payment that should have arrived weeks earlier. Both sides paid in time, trust and goodwill — for a hand-off that should have been a single accountable workflow.

The team behind Colabio has shipped campaigns on both sides of the marketplace — running brand budgets at consumer startups, and earning a living as creators inside niche communities. We've felt the operating cost of the status-quo personally, on both balance sheets.
Colabio is the platform we kept wishing existed when we were the brand. And the one we kept wishing existed when we were the creator. So we built it.
What we believe
Four convictions, written down so we can be held to them.

Money must move when work lands.
Approvals are binding. Escrow releases inside a fixed window. No invoices. No follow-ups. If we miss the SLA we pay you back, not the brand.

A platform is its admin loop.
Every action a Colabio admin takes is logged, reversible and tied to a name. The platform owns the referee role; we don’t outsource the hard calls to the user.

India first. Properly.
INR-native pricing, Razorpay rails, GSTIN-ready invoices, on-call support in the timezone that matters. Not an export of a US product with the currency swapped.

Boring beats clever.
No engagement loops, no streaks, no notifications you didn’t ask for. The product earns its place by closing a deal cleanly, not by pulling for attention.
